Here’s a few tips to help you project a more confident version of yourself when you’re giving a wedding speech:

Keep your back straight.

Keep your shoulders nicely relaxed and comfortable. Don’t tense up.

Hold your chest out. Don’t let yourself curl inwards, as it is bad for projecting a nice resonant voice.

Another thing to remember when you’re giving your speech: Don’t fold your arms across yourself, because it gives off a bad signal, and it makes you look defensive.
